Legal
Everything that governs your use of DearConvert lives here, written in plain language rather than legal fog. One click to each document, and a one-line summary so you know which one you actually need.
The agreement
These are the documents that apply to every DearConvert account. Together they are the contract between you and us.
Terms of Service
The main agreement. What we provide, what you may and may not publish, how we moderate content, billing, liability and how either side can end it.
Privacy Policy
What personal data we handle, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.
Acceptable Use Policy
The detailed list of what you may not publish or do with DearConvert. Read this one if you are not sure whether a campaign is allowed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
How to cancel, what happens to your pages when you do, and when we give money back.
Cookie Policy
The cookies set by this website, by the app, and by pages our customers publish. Short, because there are not many.
For customers handling personal data
These matter if you collect leads from people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, or if you work with agency clients who need paperwork from you before they will sign. For form submissions you are the controller and we are your processor, so these documents are the ones your client's legal team will ask for.
Data Processing Agreement
The terms under which we process the personal data in your form submissions on your behalf, written to work through an agency to its clients. Coming soon. Until it is published, email us and we will send you the current draft.
Sub-processor list
Every provider we use to run DearConvert, what each one does, and where it processes data. Coming soon. Ask us and we will send you the current list.
Security
The technical and organizational measures we actually have in place today, stated without overselling. Coming soon.
Data request
How to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, whether you are a customer or someone who filled in a form on a customer's page. Coming soon. In the meantime, email the privacy address below.
Content and abuse
Customers publish pages through us on dearconvert.page subdomains and on their own domains, which makes us a host for content other people create. These are the routes for telling us something is wrong with one of those pages.
Copyright and DMCA Policy
How to send a copyright notice or a counter-notice, our designated agent's address, and what we do when a valid notice arrives.
Report phishing, scams, malware, impersonation, harassment or illegal content on a page we host. Anyone can report. No account needed. Also our contact point for authorities.
Who you are contracting with
When you sign up for DearConvert, your agreement is with the individual below.
| Legal name | Shiva Guru Balaji S |
| Address | 43b/1 Poosari Thottam, Soolai, Erode 638004, Tamil Nadu, India |
| Governing law | India |
DearConvert is the trading name used by that individual. DearConvert is run by an independent developer, not an incorporated company, so there is no company registration or tax registration number to quote. Full details of governing law and how disputes are handled are in section 21 of the Terms of Service.
Contact addresses
Use the right address and your message reaches the right person faster. We are a small team, so we would rather route you well than run a single inbox that queues everything behind everything else.
| What you need | Where to send it |
|---|---|
| General questions, account help and billing | team@dearconvert.com |
| Privacy questions and data requests | team@dearconvert.com |
| Legal notices, including service of process | team@dearconvert.com |
| Abuse and illegal content | team@dearconvert.com |
| Copyright notices and counter-notices | team@dearconvert.com, plus the designated agent on the DMCA page |
| Contact point for authorities | team@dearconvert.com, see the authorities section |
Support is handled by a small team during business hours, so please do not treat any of these addresses as a round-the-clock emergency line. If a person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Document history
We keep dated versions of every document on this page. Each one shows its effective date and its last updated date at the top, and the current effective date across all of them is August 10, 2026. When we make a material change we update those dates and, for significant changes to the Terms of Service, we notify customers by email before the new version takes effect. Previous versions are available on request: email team@dearconvert.com and tell us which document and which date you need.
