Make a data request
Use this page to ask us to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Which route you need depends on whose data it is.
If you have a DearConvert account
Email team@dearconvert.com from the address on your account and tell us what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, deletion of specific data, or deletion of your whole account. We will confirm receipt, verify it is really you, and act within one month where the GDPR applies or 45 days where US state privacy law applies. If we need longer, we will tell you why before that deadline passes.
You can export your leads as CSV yourself at any time from the submissions screen. There is no self-serve account deletion button yet, so account deletion goes through the email route above and we confirm when it is done.
If you filled in a form on a page built with DearConvert
The business whose page you filled in decides what happens to that data, not us. They are the controller and we only hold it for them, so contact that business first. They can find and delete your record immediately.
If you cannot reach them, or you do not know who they are, send us the full address of the page you filled in and we will identify the customer responsible and pass your request to them. Where we are permitted to act ourselves, we will. Email team@dearconvert.com.
What to include

- Enough information for us to find the record without guessing
Please do not send us passwords, card numbers or documents we did not ask for.
If we say no
We will tell you why. If you think we are wrong, reply and ask us to reconsider, and a person will look at it again. In some places you also have a statutory right to appeal, and if you are in the EEA or the UK you can complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to fix it first.
This is not the route for reporting a bad page
If you have found a page that looks like a scam or is otherwise harmful, use report abuse instead. That reaches us faster and gets looked at differently.
