If you collect leads from people in the EEA or the UK, or you handle data for agency clients, you need a Data Processing Agreement with us. Here is how to get one today.

This document is in preparation. We would rather publish it properly than publish a template we have not checked. Until it is here, the interim route below gets you what you need, usually the same day.

How to get a DPA now

Email team@dearconvert.com from the address on your DearConvert account, with your legal entity name and registered address. We will send a countersigned Data Processing Agreement covering Article 28 of the GDPR, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum where your transfers need them.

If you are an agency

Say so in your email. When you are a processor for your own client, we act underneath you as a sub-processor, and the agreement we send you needs to be the version written for that chain rather than the standard one.
