Launch a popup site-wide
Popups live at the site level - build one, publish once, and it appears on every page of that site within a minute. Pause it and it's gone just as fast. No page republishing either way.
1. Create the popup
On your site's dashboard, find Popups and click New popup. Start from a template - email capture, exit-intent offer, or announcement - or blank.
2. Design it like a tiny page
The popup opens in the same builder as your pages: drag in text, buttons, and forms; edit in place. Keep it to one idea and one action - popups earn attention, they don't get it for free.
3. Set the trigger
- Exit intent - fires when the cursor leaves toward the close button. Best for offers.
- Time delay - after N seconds on page. Best for email capture.
- Scroll - after 50% scroll, when interest is proven.
- On load - immediately. Use sparingly; it's the pushiest option.
4. Set frequency and targeting
Show it once per visitor, once every N days, or every session. Target specific pages (or exclude them - thank-you pages, for instance) and pick desktop, mobile, or both. If the popup has a form, enable stop after conversion so subscribers never see it again.
5. Publish
Hit Publish and the popup rolls out to every page of the site within a minute. Pausing works the same way - instant, site-wide, no page edits.
