Cheapest Landing Page Builder for Agencies: Per-Client Math

Every pricing page shows you one number: the monthly subscription. If you run an agency, that number is close to useless. The number that decides your margin is the cost per client, and it changes fast as your roster grows. So we did the division for you: six tools, three roster sizes, real 2026 pricing.

Full disclosure: we build DearConvert, and our Agency plan sits in this table. That's exactly why every competitor number below comes from public pricing pages as of August 2026, and why we list our own gaps near the end. The math is simple division. Please check it.

How we did the math

The rules were simple. For each tool, we took the cheapest plan that genuinely supports multiple clients (meaning each client gets their own separated space, not just a folder), used the public monthly price, and divided by 5, 10, and 25 clients. Annual discounts exist everywhere and we note them, but the table uses monthly billing so everything is apples to apples.

Here's which plan qualified for each tool:

  • DearConvert: Agency at $99/mo ($79/mo billed annually), unlimited client workspaces.
  • Swipe Pages: Agency at $199/mo ($149 annual), unlimited sub-accounts.
  • Landingi: Scale at $299/mo ($229 annual), which is where client subaccounts live.
  • Leadpages: Scale at $399/mo ($319 annual), the only plan with workspaces and audit logs.
  • Instapage: Optimize at $199/mo gives you 5 workspaces. Beyond that, it's the sales-led Convert tier.
  • Unbounce: a dedicated Agency plan exists, but the price isn't published. You have to contact sales.

The per-client cost table

Monthly cost per client, monthly billing, August 2026 public pricing.

Tool (plan)Monthly price5 clients10 clients25 clients
DearConvert (Agency)$99$19.80$9.90$3.96
Swipe Pages (Agency)$199$39.80$19.90$7.96
Landingi (Scale)$299$59.80$29.90$11.96
Leadpages (Scale)$399$79.80$39.90$15.96
Instapage$199 (5 workspaces)$39.80~$187.50 (Convert tier)~$75.00 (Convert tier)
Unbounce (Agency)Contact salesUnknownUnknownUnknown

Three things jump out of that table.

Flat pricing rewards growth. Every tool in the top four rows charges one flat fee, so your per-client cost drops as you add clients. The difference is where you start. DearConvert at $99 is half the price of the next cheapest option, so at 25 clients you're paying $3.96 per client while a Leadpages Scale agency pays $15.96 for the same seat at the table. On annual billing the gap widens: DearConvert drops to $79/mo, which is $3.16 per client at 25.

Instapage has a cliff at client six. The $199 Optimize plan caps you at 5 workspaces. Client number six pushes you into Convert, a sales-led tier with no public price. Published market data puts the median contract around $22,500 per year, which is roughly $1,875 a month, or $187.50 per client at 10 clients. Even at 25 clients that contract still runs about $75 per client, and that assumes the quote holds flat as your usage grows, which is not how sales-led pricing usually works.

Unbounce's agency price is a cost in itself. You cannot budget what you cannot see. When a vendor makes you book a call to learn the price, you pay in time, in negotiation, and in the renewal conversation you'll have every year. For a small agency deciding this quarter's stack, "contact sales" is a real line item.

Tool-by-tool notes

Swipe Pages ($199/mo) is the honest runner-up here. Unlimited sub-accounts and unlimited seats at $199 is genuinely good value, and 500,000 visits a month is a big pool. Two catches: there are no white-label options at all, and there's no client reporting, so if your clients ever want to see their own numbers, you're screenshotting dashboards. We cover the branding side in our white-label guide for agencies.

Landingi Scale ($299/mo) gives you client subaccounts plus partial white-labeling: your logo, a custom test domain, and a custom sender email. Clients still log into Landingi's platform, though. Watch the smaller meters too: extra domains cost $5/mo each, AI credits are metered, and visit caps still apply, shared across your whole roster.

Leadpages Scale ($399/mo) is the only Leadpages plan with workspaces and audit logs, and it includes 10 seats. Traffic is unlimited on every Leadpages plan, which is a real point in its favor. But $399 is a steep entry ticket for multi-client work, and 10 seats can pinch once account managers, freelancers, and clients all need access.

Instapage is built for big PPC teams, and it shows in the packaging: 1 workspace on the $99 Create plan, 5 on the $199 Optimize plan, and real multi-client scale only on the sales-led Convert tier. Also worth knowing before you test it: the trial requires a credit card. We compared it head to head in our Unbounce vs Instapage vs Leadpages breakdown.

Unbounce has a dedicated Agency plan, custom-priced behind a sales call. Its self-serve plans are hard to stretch across clients: you get 1 root domain until the $149/mo tier, and visitor caps run from 500 to 50,000 a month with an $80 charge per extra 10,000 visits since November 2025.

DearConvert Agency ($99/mo) gives every client their own workspace with their own sites, pages, forms, leads, and integrations. Unlimited workspaces, unlimited published pages, unlimited custom domains, unlimited team members, 100,000 leads a month pooled across all clients, plus priority support and an onboarding call. The full setup is on our agencies page.

The hidden per-client costs

The subscription is only the visible part. Here's what actually erodes agency margin.

Shared traffic pools. At Unbounce, Instapage, Swipe Pages, and Landingi, the visit cap is shared across your whole roster. That creates an ugly dynamic: one client's viral campaign eats the pool for everyone. When client A's launch takes off, clients B through Y are suddenly burning your overage budget, and at Unbounce that means $80 for every extra block of 10,000 visits. Your best campaign of the year becomes your worst invoice of the year, and it wasn't even your campaign.

What that looks like on DearConvert: traffic is unlimited on every plan, so a viral day costs you nothing. The only pooled number is leads, 100,000 a month across all clients. And if you ever pass it, over-cap leads are held safely, not lost. They're released the moment you upgrade, so nobody's form submission disappears while you sort out billing. We wrote more about why caps matter in our unlimited traffic comparison.

Seats. Per-seat pricing punishes exactly the thing agencies do: put lots of people (your team, freelancers, the client) into the account. Leadpages Scale includes 10 seats. Swipe Pages and DearConvert both include unlimited seats.

Domains. Twenty-five clients means at least twenty-five domains. Landingi charges $5/mo per extra domain, which quietly adds a second per-client fee. DearConvert's Agency plan includes unlimited custom domains.

The offboarding tax. When a client leaves (they do), how many hours does it take to hand over their pages and leads? If everything is tangled in one shared account, that's billable time you eat. A per-client workspace with CSV export makes it a clean handoff instead of an archaeology project.

What agencies actually need

Cheap only counts if the tool can actually run a multi-client operation. Here's the checklist we'd use to evaluate any builder, ours included:

  • Separate workspaces per client. Their sites, pages, forms, and leads live apart from every other client's. No cross-contamination, ever.
  • Roles a client can safely hold. On DearConvert, org roles (owner, admin, billing, member) cover your team, and workspace roles (manager, editor, viewer) cover clients. A client can be a viewer or manager of only their workspace and never sees anyone else's data.
  • The client's own domains. Pages should live on promo.clientbrand.com, not a vendor subdomain.
  • Badge-free pages. On DearConvert, badge removal comes with every paid plan, so client pages carry zero DearConvert branding on the client's own domain.
  • Leads that flow to the client's stack. Each DearConvert workspace routes leads to that client's own Mailchimp, Kit, Google Sheets, Slack, or Loops, with webhooks and Zapier on Pro and up.
  • Clean offboarding. A client's sites, pages, and leads live in their own workspace, and leads export via CSV anytime. Nothing is held hostage.

If a tool misses two or more of these, the sticker price doesn't matter. You'll pay the difference in hours.

Where DearConvert falls short

Cheapest on the table, but not finished, and we'd rather you hear it from us. Our client review and approval workflow (draft, in review, approved) is coming soon, not shipped. Today, agencies handle sign-off with password-protected draft pages and version history, which works but isn't a formal approval trail yet. A fully white-labeled dashboard is on our roadmap too, not in the product. Founding agencies are shaping both features right now, and if that's you, we want your opinions.

We're also younger than everyone else in the table. If you need a decade-deep template library or heatmaps today, some of the tools above have us beat. What you get in exchange is the lowest flat price in the category, no traffic meter, and a 14-day Pro trial with no card, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

FAQ

What is the cheapest landing page builder for agencies in 2026?

On published pricing, DearConvert's Agency plan at $99/mo (or $79/mo billed annually) with unlimited client workspaces is the cheapest multi-client option. Swipe Pages Agency at $199/mo is the next cheapest with unlimited sub-accounts.

How much does each tool cost per client at 10 clients?

DearConvert works out to $9.90 per client, Swipe Pages to $19.90, Landingi Scale to $29.90, and Leadpages Scale to $39.90. Instapage requires its sales-led Convert tier at 10 clients, roughly $187.50 per client at the reported market median. Unbounce's Agency plan has no published price.

Do traffic caps really matter for agencies?

Yes, because most tools share one visit pool across all your clients. One client's viral campaign can consume the cap for everyone, and at Unbounce, overage runs $80 per extra 10,000 visits. DearConvert includes unlimited traffic on every plan, so only the 100,000 pooled monthly leads are metered.

What happens if my clients generate more than 100,000 leads on DearConvert?

Leads over the cap are held safely, not lost or billed as surprise overage. They're released as soon as you upgrade, so no client's form submissions ever disappear.

Can my clients log in without seeing other clients?

Yes. On DearConvert you invite a client as a viewer or manager of only their own workspace. They see their pages, leads, and reports, and nothing from any other client.

Is there anything DearConvert's Agency plan doesn't include yet?

Two things are on the way rather than shipped: a formal client review and approval workflow, and a fully white-labeled dashboard. Today you'd use password-protected drafts and version history for sign-off. Founding agencies are helping shape both features.
